I'm a happy, bubbly 21 year old Australian living in England with my hubby of one year. I'm a passionate cook and wish I had more time to do it! :)

Favourite things to cook

Well my fave food to cook would have to be lasagne! I do everything from scratch so it does take me a while but is WELL worth it! I love to cook asian food, especially curries and satays.

Family cooking traditions

I grew up partly in Asia so my families food usually has an asian twist. Surprises me really as I have no asian blood in me whatsoever, must have been in a past life! hehee.

Cooking triumphs

I love nothing more than people asking for seconds!

I once used salt instead of sugar in cookies......oh dear!
