Family cooking traditions
Danish and recently Serbian. Danish traditions although growing up in Australia were really great memories. Christmas and Easter were definately food festival days.
Meeting food cooking hero and sharing a drink with - Keith Floyd. I was so inspired and have never looked back since. My dream is to have a small bistro serving local good quality food in the South of France.
I once made a layered Chicken Terrine on Xmas Eve ready to chill and be sliced as part of a course on Xmas Day only to discover when unwrapping and slicing that the chicken was still partially raw! So dissappointing but its amazing what you can throw together out of the fridge to 'wing it'.
