I loved these =), they really are utterly addictive. They remind me of the real scotch pancakes my grandma used to make for me by the dozen as a child. I've been looking for a good recipe for ages, and this is most definitely it. Beautiful texture, taste and everything, just make sure you use a good frying pan, because mine was an awful cheap one and they stuck alot when cooking. Definitely recommended!
