About me

I dont eat any meat apart from fish, so i love vegetarian recipes and fish dishes. Having grown up with the wonderful home cooking of my half Palestinian mother, Im now learning and perfecting all the recipes she used to do, taught to her by her mother. So I have a keen interest in Mediteranean cooking.

Fish, vegetarian, Italian and Mediteranean

Alot of Mediteranean / Middle Eastern dishes from my mother. And traditional English dishes from my father.
