TITLE RATING POSTED
We really adored this stew. Made as is and it was perfection. thanks very much for the great recipe!!
A real time and money saver. My leftover veg included regular potatoes, onion, parsnip and cauliflower. We had this for dinner with oven chips - nice and easy. Thanks for a great recipe
This is a wonderful recipe and so easy to make. I liked the orange, as I wouldn't have thought to add that myself. The chilli was just right. I'll make this for parties in the future, definately
Wonderful mince pies! I did buy my mincemeat but I embellished that a bit and then made this pastry. It was nice and light and buttery - perfect! Thank you for the recipe.
I made these for a party and was quite relieved - not only easy, but everyone loved them. Quite inexpensive too!
Easy and quite good. Defintely a repeater. Use a good crumbled blue cheese.
this is a good, simple recipe
good!
These were easy to make, and they turned out really well -- very moist. I was looking for a fairy cake recipe that wasn't too sugary (because I worry about all the sugar that kids are fed) for my son's third birthday. Delicious! (And the chocolate colour hides the presence of the courgette from picky young ones.)
This was pretty good. But I made this to go with carrots - not so good! I think it would taste great on wraps though.
Not bad. I, too, only had cantaloupe and no honeydew. Refreshing.
Really good. We put it in tortillas with raw cabbage and avocado and it was so fresh and delish. Good for you, easy and tasty.
I tried this recipe twice, with very different results! The first time I used chicken breasts and our friends were late so I left the chicken in the oven for an extra twenty minutes or so... I turned the temperature down and covered it. The chicken was dried out, of course, but the sauce was fabulous! It had thickened into a sweet-sour glaze and the lemons were practically candied. The next time I cut the time short and covered the chicken to keep it moist, only to find the sauce had not properly cooked! It was vinegary and runny, although the chicken was moist. The first sauce is now legendary in our family, so I will try again, probably with chicken thighs this time, leaving the skins on, and cooking it for the full length of time.
This is basically the same recipe handed down thru the years in my family but for 1 change. We also use 2 beaten eggs which help keep the stuffing together.
It helps if you chill the apples overnight before dipping them in the toffee...This helps the toffee set better. Good basic recipe!
Wish I could give this 6 stars. The cucumber was a nice change from tomato. The different fresh flavours of the herbs and ginger blend well but are distinctly different. I can't say enough good things about this salad. Everyone who tries it loves it.
This has great flavour. A new chicken favourite for my household. Nice amount of spice, although I only used 1 pepper. To complete the meal, I made rice and string beans. The combination of the rice and string beans helped with toning down the spice, but a great meal nonetheless.
