About me

I'm a cook and a baker. I love kids and love to cook with them. Because of availability of Japanse ingredients in Seattle, I create a lot of recipes with available or existing ingredients here. It's fun!

Favourite things to cook

I love to cook veggies and tofu. (No, I'm not a vegetarian.) I also love to cook fish. (It's very nutritious, you know.) I rarely go out to eat, but when I do, I try to remember how food tastes like so that I can recreate it in my own kitchen.
