i have a beautiful daughter and fiance and a very loving family in law who also love to cook, i regularly cook for them and at christmas usually cook for 13 lol hectic but i love it.

chicken escalopes with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes spaghetti bolognese my special chicken breasts !!

my special chicken was justa case of winging it to see, i thought it wud taste horrible but it was lovely lol

Cooking tragedies

scrambled eggs always goes wrong for me and my rhubarb crumble 1st time i made it the crumble sank to bottom of dish lol
