Get creative with this basic truffle recipe to which you can add your own flavourings. Dust with cocoa powder or icing sugar, or roll in coconut or ground nuts.

I will admit that I like thick soup. This recipe is based on one that I found in a lovely tapas book and tweaked a little. If you do not have sweet potatoes handy then just use ordinary potatoes. Also, you can add 2 cloves of garlic if you are so inclined and just use water rather than veg stock in the soup.

These are deliciously moreish cookies, delicious over the Christmas period.

    Banana Muffins

I made these and was not impressed. I did substitute the creme fraiche with yoghurt after reading the other comments. They were very sticky and had a funny after taste. Texture wasn't right either. I would rather just eat a banana.

    Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Thought this was a lovely recipe. Very tasty even though there is no oil or butter and surprisinsly moist. Didnt rise as much and remember not to over fill like i did first time, but lovely
