To make this Chicken & Honey Ginger Stir Fry, you will need:
  • 2 tablespoons Flora Cuisine
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 small chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
  • 115g (4 oz) mushrooms, sliced
  • 2.5cm (1 inch) fresh root ginger, grated
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons each honey and soy sauce
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 150g pack straight to wok noodles

Heat the Flora Cuisine and sauté garlic, chicken, carrot, mushrooms, ginger and pepper for around 10 minutes until lightly browned and the chicken is cooked. Add noodles for the last 5 minutes.

Combine the honey, lemon and soy and pour over the chicken. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.

Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
