About this recipe: This is my quickest family dinner, loved by the grown ups and the kids. Wholewheat pasta makes it healthy, but you can use regular pasta, too.
Once you've made this a few times, you'll be able to do it really quickly. I tend to have everything prepared before the end so that I can just throw it all together. You can substitute the bacon for salmon which is nice (and healthier) but you'll need to make sure you season it well. I occasionally use Gia garlic puree for quickness and add frozen peas with the broccoli. It's also nice with sliced courgettes, fried for a few minutes with the bacon.
