Preheat oven to 200 C / gas mark 6.
Mix all ingredients except wings/butter in a strong plastic bag, then add wings and shake until coated well.
Line your baking tray with foil and spread the butter over, this will give the wings their crispiness, add wings to the tray and cook for about 15 minutes then turn them over and cook for another 10 minutes or until crisp and cooked through.
Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
Make it healthier
Leave out the butter and just cook the wings on the foil
Can also be put on the BBQ in summer. Also, you can double the ingredients for more wings.
