- 1 medium kiwi fruit
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 - 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- pinch of sea salt
- 60ml water
- some crushed ice
Method

- Peel and chop the kiwi fruit and cucumber in small pieces. Throw them in a blender and add the lemon juice, sea salt, water and crushed ice.
- Mix in the blender till a smooth juice is formed. It takes a couple of minutes only.
- Strain the liquid in a glass, keep in the refrigerator for sometime and serve chilled. You can serve it on ice.

Something else. Sorry to say it, but I thought this tasted disgusting. I was making it for my Easter meal with family, so I had to make it taste good. I added a banana, about half a liter of lemon lime soda and a bit of apple juice. Then it tasted quite good, actually! - 04 Apr 2010
