    About this recipe: This is lovely served as an accompniment to curries or can also be served as a dip!

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 spring onions, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander stalks
    • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 4 tablespoons thick yoghurt

    Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:30min chilling  ›  Ready in:35min 

    1. Soak the spring onions in iced water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry with kitchen towel.
    2. Mix the sugar, chopped coriander stalks, salt and pepper with the yoghurt and then stir in the spring onions. Done!
