Cream sugar and butter in a mixing bowl (you can use an ice cream scoop for the butter, about 1 spoon = 100g).
Add the eggs and flour but do not mix in, adding then vanilla and some food colour (optional). Then add milk to the mix.
Combine all ingredients and put into a medium size baking tin.
Put in oven for about and hour but check every 15/40 minutes to make sure it is not burning!
