chunky sausage pasta

    Makes: 1 big oven proof dish full for 4/5 people

    • 300g pasta (of youre choice)
    • 5 pork sausages
    • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
    • 1 jar of sauce (eg. dolmeo)
    • 2 bay leaves
    • 1 tbsp white whine (optinal)
    • 100g veg of youre choice (optinal)
    • 10g olive oil
    • 1 tsp tomato puree

    1. A medium size frying pan will be needed to fry sausage, add olive oil fry sausages in small chunks until golden brown. then add the garlic crushed to the sausages
    2. put a pot of boiling water on the hob and add the pasta. leave to boil
    3. once the pasta is done strain out all the water now take the sausages out of the frying pan and put in with the pasta add the sauce and the tomato puree and stir and leave to simmer for about 15 minuets
    4. and serve !

    Serving suggestion

    nice whith some fresh orange juice to go with it. also this is a dinner recipie
