    • 2 potatoes
    • spices
    • olive oil

    1. Quarter the potatoes vertically.
    2. Then half each slice of potatoes vertically.
    3. Par-boil the potatoes.
    4. Drain the potatoes.
    5. Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with tin foil.
    6. Sprinkle olive oil on the potatoes.
    7. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
