    About this recipe: This makes a cheap and tasty meal.It's ideal for beginners as there aren't alot of ingredients!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 3 

    • 8 pork sausages (or more if required)
    • 1 large onion ,sliced
    • 1 pint beef stock
    • gravy granules add to stock until you have a thick gravy
    • salt and pepper to season

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:1hr  ›  Ready in:1hr10min 

    1. Brown the sausages,this can be done either under the grill or by frying them.
    2. Once the sausages have browned,put them into a casserole dish and season.
    3. Put the sliced onion on top of the sausages.Then pour over the gravy.
    4. Cover and put in a preheated oven at 200c for 1 hour.

    Serving suggestion

    Serve with mashed potato and veg.

    Just about as quick and easy as they come and the kids like it. Great in winter with a large glass of red wine. - 21 Jan 2014
