250g uncooked spaghetti
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 spring onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons prepared basil pesto
2 (180g) tins salmon, drained and flaked
50g grated Parmesan cheese

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir in the onions, spring onions and pesto. Cook until tender. Mix in salmon and cook until heated through. Stir in 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese, and continue cooking 5 minutes. Toss with the cooked pasta, then sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese to serve.
