The flavour was quite nice at first, but it does finish slightly soapy. The oil in the coconut also congeals during freezing and leaves little fatty particles that are a tiny bit unpleasant. Even so, for ease, this recipe deserves five stars. Also, I found it hard to stop eating. If you can maintain the initial flavour for a bit by eating more of it, it's very satisfying.
