Preheat oven to 170 C / Gas 3. Lightly oil a baking tray.
In a bowl, mix the soured cream and curry paste. Spread the bottom of each salmon fillet with 1 tablespoon soured cream mixture, and arrange the fillets on the prepared baking tray. Top fillets with remaining soured cream mixture.
Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
