About this recipe:This is the Greek salad as we all know and love it. Cucumber, tomato, onion, green pepper, olives and feta combine for summer on a plate. If you want really good flavour, allow the salad to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving.

2 large tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
70g whole, pitted Kalamata olives
150g crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
