This is a Filipino one-pot meal that is full of flavour. The coconut milk base is delicious combined with pork, prawns and veggies. Look for bottle gourd in Asian or African markets. Other names are lau and calabash. Prawn paste or shrimp paste can be found in Chinese shops. Enjoy!
