Gorgeous three-layer cake

This is a wonderful cake, perfect for birthdays and special occasions. The three layers sound daunting, but it's surprisingly easy to make! The cake is flavoured with walnuts and coconut and iced with a cream cheese buttercream. You can use your favourite nut in place of the walnuts, if desired. Enjoy!
