I found this in a search as all i had in the cupboard for lunch was a tin of salmon and pasta. Got to say - simple, quick and so surprisingly yum! Plus is now a new fave in the house as opposed to boring tuna, sweetcorn pasta  -  10 Mar 2012

I love to use tinned salmon, as it is so good for you (full of Omega 3 oil) and this recipe is really quick, easy and very tasty. I have made it several times since seeing this recipe. My other favourite is tinned salmon fishcakes, but this is even easier to make. Enjoy!  -  14 Sep 2012
