    About this recipe: A cantaloupe smoothie! Perfect for those hot summer days or for a healthy after school snack.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 3 

    • 1 cantaloupe - peeled, seeded and cubed
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons light brown soft sugar, or to taste
    • 4 to 8 ice cubes

    1. Place all ingredients in an electric blender and purée until desired consistency. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
