A tangy marinade which tastes great, i used chicken fillets marinaded for about 24hr and simply popped the skewers under the grill for about 15 mins along with skewered peppers, onion, mushroom & pineapple, served them with pita bread, they were very good, thanks for the recipe, i'll be making these again ) - 16 Nov 2013
