1 tablespoon vegetable oil
450g boneless pork chops
150ml orange juice
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons caster sugar
2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon cornflour

Heat oil in a large heavy frying pan over medium heat. Cook pork chops until evenly brown on both sides; remove from frying pan. Pour in orange juice, soy sauce and sugar. Boil for 2 minutes, scraping the bottom of pan. In a small bowl, mix together water and cornflour and stir into sauce. Return pork to frying pan and cook briefly until thickened and heated through.
