This soup was so delicious and is so much healthier than buying shop bought soups! I made this and froze some in individual containers so that I can take them to work for lunch. Delicious and so healthy!

A very nice light soup. very smooth and creamy tasting. I used butter instead of olive oil, i know it's not as healthy but the butter was just so nice with the sweet carrots

Very quick and easy to make and very tasty. I used a knob of butter instead of the oil. Found that it needed a little seasoning (for my tastes). A couple of pinches of good sea salt and a bit of black pepper did the trick perfectly.

Beware too much coriander will result in the soup being green! Excellent taste - fresh and satisfying.

Have made this several times for lunches at church functions and I've never had any to bring home. So give it try as it is cheap and very tasty.

Used different ingredients. Add a clove or two of garlic to give this a little more flavour....

Something else. Add the coriander just before you puree to keep the vibrant green colour of it. The flavour remains as intense.

Altered ingredient amounts. It's very easy to overdo the coriander, so as a rule of thumb: less is more when adding your coriander.
