Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until al dente.
Meanwhile, heat oil in heavy frying pan. Add garlic and saute for a few minutes. Stir in walnuts and saute for several more minutes.
Drain pasta and divide onto 2-4 plates. Top with garlic, walnuts and blue cheese.
