Used different ingredients.
Added a crushed garlic clove...... REALLY delicious - especially toasted with a poached egg.

Mmmmmm lovely. I wasn't able to use spinach as i couldn't get to our field to pick some so it ended up with just cheese. I set the timer on my bread maker so it was ready at 7.15 in the morning. My boyfriend then had lovely fresh bread for his sandwiches. Ive also taken a few slices to work, eating them while writing this comment in fact. The whole house smelt lovely upon waking up this morning. I really want to make this again only next time i will make sure i get the spinach. A definite keeper.

I just love this bread, I make it almost every week. It has a great flavour and works well with veggie sandwiches or as toast. I take it to work and people rave over it. It's one of the best breads I've ever tasted.

Pretty to look at, and the touch of pepper made it agreeably spicy. Great sandwich bread for vegetarian sandwiches
