    About this recipe: Hearty and delicious, this bread tastes and smells heavenly.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 15 

    • 225ml (8 fl oz) water
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 85g (3 oz) frozen spinach - thawed, chopped and drained
    • 375g (13 oz) plain flour
    • 60g (2 oz) grated Cheddar cheese
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 1/2 teaspoons dried active baking yeast

    Method

    1. Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select white bread cycle.
