    About this recipe: A quick and easy starter or hors d'oeuvres, made by wrapping gherkins with cream cheese and sliced beef. Arrange them on a pretty plate or tray for passing around.

    Makes: 25 

    • 670g gherkins or dill pickles in vinegar, drained
    • 450g cream cheese, room temperature
    • 150g thinly sliced deli beef

    Prep:20min  ›  Extra time:1hr chilling  ›  Ready in:1hr20min 

    1. Dry excess moisture off the pickles.
    2. Spread cream cheese, about 5mm thick on two slices of slices of beef. Wrap beef around a pickle. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
    3. Chill and slice into rounds.
