    About this recipe: The simplest recipe, with remarkable flavour. Cream cheese is mixed together with soured cream, butter, roasted red peppers, parsley, onions, dill and flaked salmon. Serve with vegetable sticks, crostini, crackers or crusty bread.

    Makes: 550 g

    • 225g cream cheese, softened
    • 125ml soured cream
    • 50g butter, softened
    • 2 tablespoons chopped roasted red peppers
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 teaspoon grated onion
    • 1 (213g) tin salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
    • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill

    1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, soured cream, butter, roasted red peppers, parsley and onion; beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in the salmon and dill. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
