    About this recipe: Smoked salmon is blended with cream cheese and seasonings to make this delicious spread. Serve as an party snack with crackers, crositini or crusty bread.

    Serves: 12 

    • 225g cream cheese, softened
    • 50g smoked salmon, flaked or chopped
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon fish seasoning
    • 1 dash ground black pepper

    1. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, salmon, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, fish seasoning and ground black pepper. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
