This is a great basic recipe, but I found it a bit bland & watery. I tried again & scaled it for 4 servings, used a small jar of pasta sauce, which made a nice thick sauce. I also added spices (oregano, basil, salt, pepper) and it came out great the 2nd time! - 18 Jul 2008
