The whole family enjoyed this, even my fussy toddlers. Also added some chopped chorizo sausage which added a gorgeous flavour. Would make again. - 08 Jun 2011

Altered ingredient amounts. As per Kraney I did the same and added about half a glass of red wine and cooked for 7 hours on low. Was ace!! - 06 Feb 2009

Used different ingredients. This is a great basic recipe, but I found it a bit bland & watery. I tried again & scaled it for 4 servings, used a small jar of pasta sauce, which made a nice thick sauce. I also added spices (oregano, basil, salt, pepper) and it came out great the 2nd time! - 18 Jul 2008
