Altered ingredient amounts. added teaspoon cumin, teaspoon smoked paprika and 1/2 lime. Also used half fresh chili in marinade and added a garlic clove and other half of chilli but deseeded when I was frying off the peppers etc. Didnt have cider vinegar but had white wine wihich seemd to work just aswell. This is the most delicious fajita recipe I have found and well defo b sticking with it! - 31 Jan 2010
Used different ingredients. I added 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika for a warmer taste. I also added 200g of chopped tomatoes and a tablespoon of tomato pure after frying off the onions and before adding the turkey. This gives you a thick tomato sauce which lets you simmer and reduce softening the meat. Then added the peppers in last 7-10 mins. Lovely recipe. Will defo use again - 23 Oct 2010
