This is the first recipe I've tried from this site and thoroughly enjoyed it. So much so that its inspired me to try more. Easy to make, not time consuming and delicious!

this is lovely, even my fussy kids loved it! we eat a lot of indian food and this is much better than any takeaway. I did tweak it somewhat as I didn't have the correct ingredients at the time and we like lots of sauce... added lamb stock (used diced lamb), ketchup (no puree), tin of chopped toms (no fresh toms) and then added more of the spices as there was more mixture... oh, and a bit of sugar. Served with rice - yum!

Tastes alright but very dry. No sauce at all.

I had nearly finished cooking this when I realised it would be too dry, so I bunged in some chicken stock at the end. Really good with rice.

I had some surplus chicken breasts so went surfing for a different recipe. This was Very quick and easy to make and even though we are not big fans of Indian food this was very tasty so much so I think I will try some of the other recipes.

Just like the takeaway except much fresher with life left in the sweet pepper. Tasty.
