Soured Cream, Dill and Caviar Sauce

    This Swedish sauce tastes delicious with fresh salmon and new potatoes in the summertime. You can find the caviar in most supermarkets but it's cheaper at IKEA!

    Serves: 8 

    • 250ml soured cream
    • 225g creme fraiche
    • 120ml (about 8 tablespoons) mayonnaise
    • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
    • 1 pinch white pepper
    • 100g lumpfish caviar

    Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:1hr chilling  ›  Ready in:1hr15min 

    1. In a bowl, stir together soured cream, creme fraiche, mayonnaise, fresh dill and white pepper. Carefully mix in caviar. Cover, and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
