1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 teaspoon tomato puree
1/2 medium onion, grated and juice reserved

In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, tomato puree and juice from the onion. Place meat into the bowl, cover and marinate for at least 6 hours, but 24 hours is better.
