475ml double cream
475ml evaporated milk
1.2 litres full fat milk
2 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 teaspoons lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon salt

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until stiff. Stir in cream, evaporated milk, full fat milk, vanilla, lemon extract and salt until well combined. Pour into the freezer canister of an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
