    About this recipe: This Oriental-inspired dipping sauce is perfect for spring rolls, chicken, beef, pork or fish. It also works well with noodles or as a salad dressing.

    Serves: 16 

    • 250ml fish sauce
    • 175ml rice vinegar
    • 3 tablespoons water
    • 100g caster sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
    • 1 dried red chilli, seeded and thinly sliced

    1. In a medium bowl, combine the fish sauce, rice vinegar, water, sugar, garlic granules and chilli. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Taste to make sure the sweet, sour, salty and spicy flavours are balanced and adjust if necessary. Pour into bottles and seal with lids.
