    About this recipe: This is a fantastic low fat alternative to ice cream. Low fat natural yoghurt is churned with vanilla soya milk, honey and oil, then served with chopped almonds.

    Serves: 6 

    • 500g low fat natural yoghurt
    • 250ml vanilla soya milk
    • 5 tablespoons honey
    • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
    • 4 tablespoons chopped almonds

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the yoghurt, soya milk, honey and rapeseed oil. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
    2. Scoop ice cream into serving bowls and garnish with chopped almonds.
