This is a fantastic low fat alternative to ice cream. Low fat natural yoghurt is churned with vanilla soya milk, honey and oil, then served with chopped almonds.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the yoghurt, soya milk, honey and rapeseed oil. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
