About this recipe: These Christmas biscuits are also known as zimtsterne. They are enriched with chopped walnuts and lightly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. They make wonderful food gifts.
Very nice although the mixture was very very sticky!!! Didn't quite make 9 to 10 dozen, only made about six dozen although I used the same amounts written in the recipe but i did use different shaped cutters. However the biscuits were very nice. - 22 Dec 2011
Very tasty biscuits. Really easy to make, tried the food colouring in the egg white as well and that didn't work that well I would suggest adding the colouring to the dough - 31 Oct 2010
