About this recipe: A simply quick pudding adults and children will love. Serve warm with cream or ice cream

Serves: 4 

  • 5 to 6 bananas
  • 1 pastry case
  • 180g butter
  • 180g sugar
  • chocolate sauce to serve

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Slice bananas lengthways and arrange into the pastry case.
  2. Add the butter and sugar into a pan, bring to a light brown caramel and pour over the bananas.
  3. Bake at 180 C / gas 4 for ten minutes until golden.
  4. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve warm.
