About this recipe:This is an easy way to use up small amounts of leftover chicken, and no one fights over white or dark meat! Just wrap leftover chicken in wonton wrappers and bake until crispy. You can serve them plain or with soy sauce or sweet chilli sauce. You can buy wonton wrappers at Chinese and Asian supermarkets.

450g (1 lb) shredded, cooked chicken

Preheat oven to 175 C / Gas mark 4.
Place small amount of shredded chicken lengthwise along each wonton wrapper; roll up and seal by dampening edge of wrapper with a finger dipped in water. When you run out of chicken meat, place rolled wontons in a lightly greased 23x33cm (9x13 in) baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crisp.
