About this recipe:A wonderful, easy, cheap everyday meal. Easily heated up in oven or microwave. Serve with boiled white potatoes and vegetables; very good with boiled spinach. Excellent lunch cut in slices on good rye bread, topped with a sliced pickle. Truly very Danish. Enjoy!
Mix minced pork with egg, onion, milk, salt and pepper. Add flour to stiffen so that the meatballs are easily formed by a spoon into oblongs balls.
Do not overmix. Let rest for 1 to 6 hours, covered. Form the oblong balls by picking up mixture with a tablespoon. Place immediately on greased frying pan over medium high heat, turn from time to time, do not over-brown.
Cooked when slightly hard to a tap with a spoon. Remove from frying pan, let grease drip of on kitchen paper, place in a bowl and keep warm by covering bowl.
