About this recipe: This is a fragrant chicken stew made with coconut milk, curry powder, and loads of lemon and lime. It calls for a whole chicken cut up into 8 pieces. This will provide the most flavour but if you need to speed it up - use chciken breasts and reduce the cooking time in step 2 to 20 minutes.
I made this recipe tonight, as I am a sucker for anything with coconut in it and also had half a wombok cabbage in the fridge that I wanted to use up. It seriously sounds like the weirdest combination of ingredients, but it's really really good. Totally worth a try for something different.
