Tasty health freak banana shake

    Good for breakfast. Bananas always make the best milkshakes. Jazz it up by adding chocolate powder, a teaspoon of strawberry jam or whatever you feel like. Sometimes natural yoghurt goes well with it too. GREAT FOR HANGOVERS!

    • 1 banana
    • 1 glass sweetened soya milk (such as Alpro)
    • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

    1. Combine ingredients in a blender together. Blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
