Spicy green coriander dip

    The NICEST dip in the WORLD! Perfect to go with curries and poppadoms as a starter. You can also have with any type of crisps to use as a dip. Also great for warm pitta or naan breads. Can be chilled in the fridge for days so keeps really well!

    Makes: 1 medium - large bowl

    • 1 handful fresh coriander
    • 1 to 2 fresh green chillies (more if you like it HOT)
    • 1 lime
    • 1 pot natural yoghurt

    1. Chop up the coriander and chillies into relatively small-medium pieces (don't worry too much as they'll be going in the blender).
    2. Add the coriander, chilli, squeeze of lime and the natural yoghurt into a blender and blend really well until you have a good consistency; you want some chunks but have it relatively smooth.
    3. Taste and add more chillies if you want it hotter.


    You could also add some avocado to the dip, to give it a more guacamole twist!
