About this recipe: The base of the smoothie is the first 3 ingredients, plus the crushed ice. You can add any fruits you wish. I've used kiwi, raspberries, bananas, blueberries and strawberries! This one is my favorite!

Makes: 18 ounces

  • 80g Light N' Fit® Vanilla Yogurt
  • 80ml low-fat milk
  • 80ml V8 Fusion® Berry Blend
  • 65g strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 85g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 120ml crushed ice
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda® sweetener

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Mix all in a blender until well blended and no chunks. You can change up the fruits, or add more fruits and make the measurements smaller to accommodate.
