About this recipe: Just a simple Aioli recipe from my dearest Husband. Will keep covered in the fridge for a good while.

Serves: 2 

  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, a generous teaspoon I am told
  • a little salt, there is a note on the recipe saying CAREFUL!
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, a possible tad more to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 150ml (1/4 pint) extra virgin olive oil

Prep:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Blend together all ingredients using an electric blender. Simple!
