About this recipe:
Just a simple Aioli recipe from my dearest Husband. Will keep covered in the fridge for a good while.
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, a generous teaspoon I am told
a little salt, there is a note on the recipe saying CAREFUL!
1 tablespoon lemon juice, a possible tad more to taste
1 clove garlic, chopped
150ml (1/4 pint) extra virgin olive oil
- Blend together all ingredients using an electric blender. Simple!
Sorry, this didn't thicken and didn't taste very nice. Bit of a disaster really.
